*Mandatory re-elections will take place in September and assume chairs effective start date 1 October to align with the Fiscal Year (FY). In order to be a General Board member, you must be voted in by the General Board with final approval from the Executive Board. In order to be an Executive Board member you must have served at least one year on the General Board, obtain majority vote from both the Executive and General Board, with final approval from the President.  The Executive Board may vote on a replacement member for any Executive Board position that becomes vacant during the current term.  Board meetings are only open to board members unless an individual is authorized/ invited to attend.  The Executive and General Board members, as well as the organization is established through Bylaws (an internal organizational document not for external distribution).
